I bought the 2400mg size and one of my co-workers mentioned that he was told by his doctors not to take that much at one time. I did some research on the internet and there are conflicting stories and theories (like everything else out there). Some of the medical research did mention that over 1000mg is a little too much. I’ve been using Qunol products for years and TOTALLY trust their quality. I would just suggest you do your research on the dosage and then buy what you are comfortable with. Abraham Lincoln once said “If it’s on the internet, it must be true!” So truly sort through your sources, research and opinions out there.
